WHERE DO TOUCHWOOD FLOWERS DELIVER?

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

Touchwood Flowers deliver flowers, plants and gifts to Port Macquarie and surrounding areas.

We accept orders until 2pm Monday to Friday and until 10am on Saturday or until our delivery capacity is reached for each day.

We do not deliver on Sundays (except Mother’s Day each year) or Public Holidays.

WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?

We are always open online, orders can be placed 24/7.

In store we are open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 9am-12noon on Saturdays.

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?

Yes, we sure do! Orders for same day delivery must be placed before 2pm (AEST) Monday-Friday, and 10am on Saturdays.

You can select the date of delivery as part of the checkout process.

We only deliver in Port Macquarie on Saturdays. Out of town deliveries are provided on weekdays only.

WHAT HOURS DO YOU DELIVER?

Normal flower delivery hours for Touchwood Flowers are between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, and 9am-12noon on Saturday.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU DELIVER TO?

Port Macquarie, Thrumster, Lake Cathie, Bonny Hills, North Haven, Laurieton, Dunbogan, Lakewood, Wauchope, Rawdon Island, Kind Creek, Beechwood, North Shore.

CAN I ORDER FLOWERS ONLINE FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE PORT MACQUARIE AND SURROUNDING AREAS?

If you wish to place an order for delivery outside of the greater Port Macquarie Region, please call us on 6583 2657or visit us instore and we will gladly assist you in placing an order via the Interflora Network.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC TIME FOR A FLOWER OR GIFT DELIVERY?

Touchwood Flowers cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it.

All orders to businesses will be delivered by close of business.

DO YOU RING THE RECIPIENT PRIOR TO DELIVERY?

You can request us to call the recipient prior to delivery by putting a note in the “delivery notes” field on the order page.

We may call a recipient, when necessary, in order to ensure your delivery runs as smooth as possible.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME?

If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made, we will try and contact the recipient on the mobile provided.

The flowers or gift can be left at the recipients front or back door, if requested to do so by the sender; or if our experienced couriers deem it safe to do so.

If the gift cannot be left safely, we will contact you to work out a solution.
Additional charges may apply.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DELIVERY DETAILS SUPPLIED ARE INCORRECT?

Touchwood Flowers will attempt to find the correct address.

If the flowers are delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect additional charges may apply to remake the flowers and arrange a re-delivery.

Please make sure the address is correct when you order, and check the order confirmation email when it is received.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We will make every effort possible. This is not possible if the order is already with our driver for delivery.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES DISPLAYED IN?

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
